This CD contains the Hungarian Household Panel (HHP) database (version 3.0.1.) and its documentation. You can read here about the system requirements and technical info of the usage of the Product. License agreement contains the terms and conditions of the use for scientific purposes.
For viewing the documentation a HTML surface was developed, so users can browse this CD with any web browser software that capable of displaying frames (eg. Netscape 4+, Internet Explorer 4+). To browse the CD, open index.html file at the root directory of the CD-ROM. It is recommended to use your monitor with resolution of 800x600 pixels and in High color (16 bit) mode.
Some of the documents (eg. Questionnaires) can be displayed by using Adobe TM Acrobat Reader 5.0 software. Using Acrobat Reader one can display Portable Document Format files with PDF extension. Newest version of Acrobat Reader is available at Adobe's site (http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html).
The HHP database on the CD is in SPSS SAV and portable format. In order to use these files one should already have an apropriate statistical software, that is capable of handling large datasets.
Some of the texts on this CD contains Internet hypelinks. These links work only if your computer connected to the Internet.
