These terms apply to Hungarian Household Panel version 3.0.1 distributed on CD-ROM. By purchasing the Hungarian Household Panel version 3.0.1 on CD-ROM (the "Product") or using the Product, the individual or entity licensing the product ("Licensee") is consenting to be bound by and is becoming a party to this agreement. If Licensee does not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, the Licensee must not purchase or must not use the product. In this Agreement "Licensor" shall mean Social Research Informatics Center (TARKI), Hungary.
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use for scientific purposes the Product. This license does not entitle Licensee to receive from TARKI hard-copy documentation, technical support, telephone assistance, or enhancements or updates to the Product. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
Note: Some of the documentation of this Product available only in Hungarian or only in English language.
The Licensee agrees not to transfer data or make them available in any form to other persons or institutions. The Product can only be used in the scientific research programme of the Licensee. The use of the Product for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden without the written consent of Licensor. Commercial purposes as stated here could include purposes for which the Licensee is not paid.
In publications the Licensee must refer to this Product as:

There is license fee for the Product. The license fee does not include shipping cost. Additional user support package can be purchased based on a separate license agreement. Licensee is responsible for any and all taxes.
Without prejudice to any other rights, Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee shall destroy all copies of the Product.
The demonstration version of the Product with full documentation is available free at http://www.tarki.hu/adatbank-h/panelcd/ Internet address. Therefore the complete, payable version of the Product is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties that it is free of defects, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose or non-infringing. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is borne by Licensee. Should the product prove defective in any respect, Licensee and not Licensor assumes the entire cost of any service and repair. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this agreement. No use of the product is authorized hereunder except under this disclaimer. The README.TXT file on the CD contains the technical information about the Product.
